About the RoleYou will be responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit's MSP Managed Service Provider services to our clients.
Your main workplace will be at Magnit's office at Regeringsgatan in central Stockholm and a couple of days a week you will be onsite in the customer's office.
You will work closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and Magnit cross-functional teams, utilizing our award-winning VMS software to ensure smooth service delivery.
You will join a team of highly motivated individuals in a fast-paced client program for a global brand.
What You Will Do You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit's services Build and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders Facilitate the fulfillment of requisitions and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of suppliers and managers Screening CVs and forwarding a shortlist to Hiring Managers Resolve and follow- through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the candidate, hiring manager and staffing agency Maintain an updated SOP Standard Operating Procedures for day-to-day procedures so that operations functions efficiently Implement new processes or enhance current processes to strengthen efficienciesWhat You Will Need Bachelor's degree 1
years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting, MSP or customer service is preferred A customer and detail-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a Can-Do attitude!
