Senior Communication Specialist
Senior Communications SpecialistWe are looking for a skilled and creative communications specialist to join a newly created department for Communication and Branding at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions.
You will be part of a small and growing team and get to work with internal and external, operational as well as strategic corporate communication projects.
What will you do?In this role, you will plan, come up with ideas and execute on corporate communication content for all types of channels, such as intranet, webinars, social media, blogs etc.
You are excellent at creating engaging content for our channel mix, including written articles, photo, and video.
You will be the go-to person for our intranet and other internal channels.
You will ensure internal corporate communications messages are consistent across all channels and for different departments.
You will act as the editor for Global Solutions' intranet and be responsible for developing, writing, and updating its content and functions in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
You will combine long-term planning with operational tasks in an agile approach together with internal stakeholders and you work closely with our communications network, both at business area and group level, to leverage content and channels for our division.
Our brand is your guiding star, making sure all corporate communication activities aim towards building internal culture and pride as well as inspiring customers and partners to join us on our journey.
You're a digital wizard with a spark and you strive for making our division shine by creating inspiring content for employees as well as customers.

We are looking for someone who has:
a university degree in business administration, communications studies or similar arround 5 years of experience from a similar role in a complex and multinational environment would be beneficial Experience in corporate communications, driving complex projects, creating clear messages, and leading development of various forms of content in English Passion and engagement for driving change as well as a strong desire to develop professionally Can-do attitude and a proactive mindset Excellent collaboration and communication skills to navigate in a matrix organization Excellent English, spoken and in writing Writing skillsWe are building diverse, inclusive teams, and encourage applications from everyone who can see themselves working with us.
