Marketing and Project Coordinator Sanofi Genzyme Sweden

Job Title
Sanofi is currently looking for a Marketing and Project Coordinator to join our Genzyme division in Sweden.
About the Opportunity
This role will allow you to further develop and perfect your project management skills while broadening your expertise in pharmaceutical marketing. Reporting to Multiple Sclerosis Product and Commercial Lead, you will act as a source of valuable insight and solutions to key internal stakeholders. You will lead and take ownership over projects while providing administrative and organizational support to marketing teams.

Key responsibilities
Taking full ownership over projects through initiation, planning, monitoring, execution, and closing (projects may include meetings with healthcare professionals).
Coordinating internal and external meetings, conferences with regards to logistics, planning, execution and budget.
Providing admin support to Sanofi Genzyme team in relevant business support systems (for example but not exclusive: Invoice/purchase management, commercial material approval management, contract process support, customer mailing lists in CRM system etc.).
Contributing to team effort in creating marketing and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines. Monitor stock of promotional material and distribute material to sales representatives.
About You
To excel in this role you will need to have:
Essential requirements:
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to independently prioritize tasks according to business needs.
Ability to transform the Franchise strategy and Customer insight to possible future projects.
Good software skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign (necessary).
Proven experience in selecting and definition of suitable tools, templates and techniques used in the company's project initiation, planning, development, monitoring and execution, and closing.
Impeccable communication skills in Swedish and English language are essential.
Proven skills in planning and influencing relevant stakeholders external as well as internally.
It would be advantageous to have (not essential):
LIF certification is preferred.
This role may require some degree of travelling so readiness for that is needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
