Personal Assistant to Global Head of Corporates & Institutions Compliance Stockholm

Are you a structured person who feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? We are now looking for a student to work 20 hours per week as Personal Assistant to the Global Head of C&I Compliance.

Foundation for a future career within compliance
The Corporates & Institutions Compliance team is responsible for ensuring that the Corporates & Institutions business unit of Danske Bank meets the applicable rules, regulations, and laws. The business unit Corporates & Institutions includes Danske Bank's Capital and Credit Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, Transaction Banking & Fund Services, Fixed Income & Cash, as well as Corporate and Institutional Banking.
As our new Personal Assistant, you will provide professional secretarial and administrative support, including managing the busy calendar of the Global Head of Corporates & Institutions Compliance, coordinating travels, reporting of expenses and preparation of presentations. You will also be responsible for arranging meetings and preparing meeting documentation, as well as organising and following up on tasks and projects in ActionPlanner, the execution follow up system used by the team.
Furthermore, you will be following the daily work in the Corporates & Institutions Compliance team and Compliance Group, as well as the day-to-day activities related to the Corporates & Institutions business. That will give you a great insight into the Compliance work done in Danske Bank, and give you a foundation for a future career within Compliance at Danske Bank.
Who are you?
To thrive in this role, we believe you are a structured person with excellent communication skills. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to organise your workload in a pragmatic manner, depending on the most pressing priorities. We believe that you in the autumn will embark on the last year of your Bachelor program or in your first year of your Master's program in a relevant academic field.You are fluent in English and another Scandinavian language, both verbally and in writing.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
