Team Leader Fieldservice

As a Team Leader you are responsible for the development of your team and department. You make sure your employees have the right competence and skills to perform jobs with the quality that the customers are expecting. To do so you work with employee motivation, competence development & planning and communicates clear goals & expectations on your employees and the team. You work closely with Field Service Coordinators with resource allocation on incoming jobs. Responsibilities ? Responsible for short and long term development of the employees and department
Responsible for leading your department in accordance with Wartsilas values, policies and processes
Resource allocation
PSM ? individual career path, certificates follow up, developing competences needs, building training plans
Manage performance of your team
QEHS- Risk assessment, We care reporting
Mobility implementation
Requirements ? Strong Communication skills
Leadership experience
Strong Computer skills
Flexible and open minded
Customer importance awareness
Technical background and experience
Bachelor degree in engineering or equated experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
