Director Talent Acquisition - Stockholm, Berlin and Malmo

Your Role Within our Kingdom
This is a great opportunity to be involved in supporting significant business growth for some of King's key talent hubs. Based in Stockholm, you will lead a team of Recruiters to deliver a world-class talent acquisition service to a diverse and truly dynamic business. Lead, motivate & line manage your team to exceed KPIs and grow in their personal development Working with the business to define recruitment strategies for our games studios, technology and corporate functions that are agile and flexible to meet changing requirements Partner with local and global HR to provide a harmonised collaborative HR service to the business Work with the other Talent Acquisition Leads to execute hiring strategies and projects at a global level Support the utilisation and development of a centralised Sourcing model to enable better future talent pipelining, increase team productivity and time to hire Drive improvements around metrics and reporting Working with our Employer Brand Team to continue to build and deploy an attractive brand proposition Drive continuous improvement projects that meet both local and global needs Develop more rigour in our approach to demand planning and build a team that supports the demand Deliver improvements in stakeholder, hiring manager and candidate experience.

We are looking for someone with a passion for talent acquisition who understands how to optimise the delivery of hiring for the business in its quest for finding the best talent for King. Experience managing a team of 5+ in a local or matrixed team, where you have grown, led and developed a highly skilled & experienced team Someone who has worked in a contemporary recruiting environment who can deliver change effectively and is curious to build innovation into what we do and how we do it Ability to influence and partner with senior level stakeholders to C level. Overall strong relationship management and interpersonal skills Experience working in a data driven organisation where you have successfully used data to influence positive change Strong prioritisation skills and experience dealing with large numbers of functionally and geographically diverse stakeholders Experience in a lead role within an in-house talent acquisition function where you have driven efficiency & productivity initiatives Process driven with experience of successfully identifying and implementing process change Successful track record of managing global projects alongside operational recruitment delivery Proven experience of hiring internationally and enticing talent to relocate to Europe Proven experience of working within a KPI driven organisation Excellent written and verbal communications skills Fluent in English (written and oral)



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
