Marketing Project Manager - Candy Crush

Your role within our Kingdom
We are looking for an exceptional and experienced marketer who can help plan and deliver multi-channel strategic campaigns such as seasonal sales and cross franchise campaigns, and projects through cross functional project teams. You will work closely with the Candy Crush Game teams and the wider King marketing team to deliver world-class experiences for our audience. Responsibilities Include: Owner and keeper of the CRM Cross Franchise initiatives within the Candy Crush marketing plan Planning and executing campaigns and projects as dictated by the marketing plan through the rallying and management of cross functional project teams for each of the initiatives To partner up and cooperate with a wide range of stakeholders from the various teams within marketing (e.g. Marcoms and Performance Marketing), performance and analytics, game teams and management to sell, gain support and keep the project teams motivated Maintain a high level of transparency towards stakeholders within and outside of the marketing organization on the state, progress and impacts of your tasks Create delightful campaigns and experiences for the players, to inspire and delight them. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of your activities. Report your progress and learnings and share key insights with various stakeholders. Iterate, improve and optimize.The position reports into the Candy Crush Franchise Head of Marketing
Skills to create thrills
You find all aspects of marketing fascinating and fully understand how all the different pillars of marketing can work together to deliver a unique experience to our players. You are highly creative but also enjoy using a mix of strategy, intuition and data analysis in your day to day work. You have a proven track record of managing large scale marketing projects or campaigns and cross functional teams (be prepared to share case studies with us). Superior ability to structure work and a high attention to detail in everything you do to ensure that campaigns meet the standards of the Candy Crush games Ability to motivate teams through people skills and providing a clear and engaging vision of projects Experience in stakeholder management and a great communicator with good presenting skills and a strong ability to build relationships with key partners across different levels. Ability to analyze data, identify performance trends and translate them into actions for future campaigns Excellent English writing, editing and communication skills. Experience in briefing and negotiating with agencies or clients. Minimum of five years of relevant marketing experience, with at least two of them in either games or consumer facing mobile apps. This role is based in our Stockholm games studio and travel may be required, primarily to Barcelona, London and Berlin.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
