Key Account Manager, Nordics

Your role: You will join our Applied Diagnostics Northern European' team. In this role, your aim is to meet or exceed set sales targets across Sweden, Finland & Norway, through growing existing assigned accounts and creating additional business or new accounts. You will manage sales opportunities by generating and following leads. You will monitor and take action to close gaps against sales targets, and update forecast as required. Understanding customer's business, their needs and goals and identify potential new business is key. You will identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and feedback this information to management and other relevant functions (e.g. Marketing or Scientific Liaison). You aim to identify, build relationship with appropriate decision makers within Customers and manage sales negotiations. You provide performance reports and metrics and other data as required to customers and internally. You identify general areas for improvements to maximize customer satisfaction & efficiencies, streamline processes, increase sales, improve delivery and product availability.
Who you are:
You have a scientific Bachelor degree, Master degree or PhD (Biology, Chemistry...)
You have strong communication and negotiation skills, proactive, customer oriented, self-motivated, positive attitude and team work abilities
You gained account management experience, and are able to develop strategic relationships at all levels and to negotiate for large and complex contracts
You have the ability to build and maintain a network of customer contacts
You are able to build relationship internally and work across functions
You benefit from great autonomy and preferrably have experience working from home

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
