The Compliance and Integrity function's responsibilities are to ensure that our workforce embrace the high ethical standards set out in our Code of Conduct that the Group is in compliance with the rules and standards of conduct in the most significant risk areas such as anti-corruption and interactions with healthcare professionals, export control and competition law. The function also monitors the implementation of the program to ensure compliant personal data processing within the Group. In addition, the function is responsible for the overall strategy and coordination of the areas of sustainability which are material for Elekta. The function is headed by the Chief Compliance & Integrity Officer reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
What you'll do at Elekta
Elekta AB is now looking for a Corporate Responsibility Program Coordinator to be part of Elekta's global Compliance & Integrity function. This position is located at Elekta's head office in central Stockholm, Sweden. Reporting to the Corporate Compliance & Integrity Officer, you will be support the ongoing work to implement the global corporate responsibility program within Elekta, this will include coordination of core activities within the program based on the global strategy.
Main Responsibilities
Define, coordinate and track Corporate Responsibility activities in accordance with the global strategy.
Enable Elekta's corporate responsibility strategy and consolidate it in the company's main business processes.
Coordinate the work with the annual Corporate Responsibility report.
Together with the team work with management and minimization of risk in the Corporate Responsibility focus areas including business ethics and anti-corruption.
Support and develop a culture of compliance and integrity.
Monitor implementation of Group Policies and other Group regulations within the focus areas and map and coordinate local legal requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and monitor adherence to the Compliance and Corporate Responsibility Programs.
Be involved in stakeholder dialogues and professionally respond to questions from investors.
Educate internally in sustainability issues in accordance with the global strategy
Preferred background
To be a suitable candidate for this position we think you have a minimum of 2 years' work experience, preferably from a comparable company/branch. You have an academic background with university degree in e.g. Law, Business Administration or similar.
To fit with the role we prefer if you have prior knowledge of Anti-Corruption and Human Rights.
To be successful, you'll have a flexible and hard-working attitude, coupled with the ability to adapt to different challenges and approach tasks with enthusiasm. You'll also need excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to engage effectively and efficiently with different stakeholders.
To fit well with your responsibilities and with the global Compliance & Integrity function, we think you are a trustworthy person with high integrity. You are hands-on with project management experience, able to work systematic and used to work against deadlines. You are service minded and have the ability to train and educate others. The position requires international business travel from time to time.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
