Delivery Hero Nordics with the brands Onlinepizza, foodora and pizza-online.fi is the Nordic leader in online food ordering. What you'll do (first 12 months)
Together with central CX team, define existing customer journey landscape, build and maintain comprehensive end-to-end customer journey maps that incorporate customer interactions, experiences and opinions
Work across the Nordic business (Sweden, Finland, Norway) including Logistics, Marketing, Account management, Customer service, Product and central service teams to review and drive the end to end customer experience.
Independently seek and establish key partnerships and products that help maximize revenue growth, customer loyalty and experience and product marketability
Roll out new national concepts and products together with other stakeholders
Establish metrics that will both determine impacts and progress of your work
You will answer directly to the Nordic CEO and be responsible for informing, collaborating with and educating other functions/departments
You'll need
Experience from a successful start-up or other demanding environment
Analytically strong, with an ability to use data to present effective arguments and insights and convert them into turn-key solutions for other teams to implement
Be a strong communicator, able to articulate problems, prioritize and align multiple key stakeholders
Be a strategic and bold thinker, able to grasp business metrics in the context of overall company goals
You have an interest and understanding of customer needs and how to leverage it
Be fluent in both English and Swedish

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
