Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
be part of our Accelerate! Journey program, which aims to transform our company into a more competitive and agile organization; one of the key initiatives in this journey is the implementation of the End-to-End Foundation Program focusing on a number of important initiatives to strengthen our performance. The Project Manager will be overall responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all deployment activities ensuring successful localization & implementation.
This role is a 12 months temporary project role, after which there may be opportunities to transition into other roles in Nordic or in the global Philips organization.
You are responsible for
The successful, sustainable and timely implementation of the programs & capabilities in scope of Philips Nordic's roadmap
Defining project plans in accordance with goals, scope and timing; ensuring market feasibility, specifying project business case (costs/benefits), resources required, business readiness, risk assessment and quality standards to be used
Managing project progress, drives performance & risk management and generating adequate reporting to ensure that all activities and milestones are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, and meeting required quality
Ensuring a sustainable user adoption and expected levels of commitment by driving change management throughout the different project phases / change journey
Leading the Nordic deployment teams and build local community of experts connecting them with the global programs and business process owners
You are a part of
the Nordic Business Transformation team and reports to the Nordic Head of Business Transformation. The Project Manager will frequently engage with and present to the Nordic management team and have touch points with the entire Nordic organization, as well as working with the global project organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Significant project management experience from complex projects/deployments (>3-5 year experience)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
Experience in managing projects related to process re-engineering linked to technology/IT
Cross-functional experience with operational processes: Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service
Strong track record in driving change management
The Project Manager is based in Stockholm, Sweden. The role may include some limited travelling to other sites/countries.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
