This is a fixed-term position with a one year contract.

be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. Receive and process incoming orders and following up to make sure deliveries are made in a correct and timely manner.
Service customers directly, either by telephone or electronically
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Keep records and follow up on customer interactions and transactions
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Prepare and distribute activity reports
Communicate and coordinate with Sales, Supply and other internal departments
Provide feedback and help improve the efficiency of the customer service process
You are???
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Ability to collect data and process orders in a correct manner
A strong understanding of customer order execution cycle including warehousing and transportation activities.
Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
Has an interest in technical products and services
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Fluent English and Swedish language skills

In this role you will be part of the Customer Service team that manages orders for the professional channel of Signify in Sweden.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
