In this role, you have the opportunity to
Corporate with different functions and be part of a dynamic, fun team that drives change every day! As the social media support/intern, you will work closely together with the Consumer Experience Manager, Contact Center, Marketing Managers, Content Marketing Managers, Digital Performance Manager and with the other Interns.
You are responsible for
Maximizing consumer satisfaction by engaging and providing expert product knowledge and service in social media
Responding to consumer queries and seek for new ways to engage and interact in our social media channels
Acting as a gatekeeper between the voice of the consumers and marketing team by handing over relevant observations
Translating and proof-reading marketing texts in either Danish/Swedish/Norwegian

You have the will to effect and help people in our community with a solution oriented mind
You are flexible, service-minded, self-propelled and you have a strong team spirit with attention to details
You have strong work ethic and a friendly attitude with a passion for learning
You have excellent writing skills and an interest in marketing communication and if you have previous experience in retail/customer service is a big plus
You have excellent English communication skills and are fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian or Swedish)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
