Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
participate in building a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in the Nordic region, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology.
The role is a one-year maternity leave cover with start date ASAP. There are big opportunities for extension/ permanent contract.
You are responsible for
Defining the MarCom strategy and guidelines, for Philips Health Systems Sweden and Finland in line with respective markets specific characteristics.
Translating the marketing objectives into a yearly Marcom plans, specifying required deliverables and projects, according to the guidelines.
Overseeing the presentation of the products on exhibitions, organizing events, and controlling the hired stand builders.
Managing the MarCom budget for Sweden and Finland
Supporting selection of the required agents and suppliers, negotiating prices and responsible for an optimal briefing and instruction.
Formulating and guarding the brand image, in close corporation with Brand, Communication and Digital.
You are a part of
the Nordic Business Marketing team, where a professional but fun workplace atmosphere is valued and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you.
You will report to the Nordic Business Marketing Director for Health Systems based in Copenhagen, and collaborate closely together with the Business Managers as well as the Finnish and Swedish sales leadership to ensure locally relevant translation of global initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
3-5 years in another marketing specialist role preferably within the healthcare industry
Relevant university degree within healthcare and/or business
Proven communication skills and ability to influence colleagues and customers
Ability to collect and comprehend local market trends and competitive intelligence into actionable input for the Global and regional marketing teams
Digital/social media capabilities
Fluent in Swedish and Finnish

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
